Declan Donnelly has lifted the lid on his mysterious arm injury which caused viewers' concern in last night's I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The beloved reality show returned last night, and fans couldn't help but notice a sore mark on the presenter's forearm.

Dec has revealed that he injured himself while looking after his baby daughter Isla.

He shared a tweet from Ant and Dec's Twitter with their 6.8million followers.

After being asked how he sustained the injury, Dec said: "Nothing exciting, unfortunately. I scalded myself while sterilising Isla’s dummies!"

Fans flocked to the post to reply to his tweet.

One said: "Oh Dec… life of a dad," with two laughing face emojis.

While another wrote: "Bless you Dec, you're a good dad for Isla."

It wasn't just Dec's arm which sparked discussion between viewers.

Fans spotted his co-host Ant McPartlin's arm tattoos.

One tweeted: "Did Ant always have tattoos?"
