Corrie’s Sally Carman looks worlds away from Abi as she enjoys honeymoon with Joe Duttine
Coronation Street's Sally Carman looked worlds away from her character Abi Franklin as she shared a collection of romantic snaps from her Italian honeymoon with new husband Joe Duttine.
The actress, 41, and actor, 52, who plays Tim Metcalfe, announced last week that they had married, sharing a gorgeous snap from their nuptials.
Taking to Instagram this week, Sally has been sharing a collection of snaps from their Italian honeymoon, including trips to Verona and Lake Garda.
In one snap, Sally looked stunning in a black plunging dress and red lipstick as she enjoyed a pre-opera meal with Joe.
She captioned the photo with: "Pre opera dinner with my husband! #husbandbehindthecamera #goodhusband."
A different snap saw the newlyweds put on a loved-up display as they posed for a selfie, captioned: "Oh Verona…" with a heart emoji.
Another picture saw Sally posing in a black off-the-shoulder swimsuit and sunglasses in Lake Garda.
While other photos shared include pictures of Joe, which Sally captioned with: "Fit husband #fithusband" with a heart emoji.
She added: "Husband. Did you know I just got married? #justgotmarried #husband."
It comes after Sally confirmed that she and Joe had finally got married last week – posting a sweet snap with the caption: "We did", along with a yellow love heart emoji.
In the snap, the pair kissed on the lips inside a huge circle balloon wreath in pretty pastel colours with all different sized balloons and faux vines woven through it.
Sally also took to her Instagram stories to post a pic of her wedding-ready nails after her manicure.
In the wedding snap, the bride looked stunning in a periwinkle blue full-length dress which appeared to have plenty of floral appliqué detailing at the bodice and down the sleeves.
Her short blonde hair was perfectly styled into curls and she clutched a glass of wine as she tenderly kissed her new husband.
Joe, who plays Tim on the soap where he met his now-wife, looked dapper in a blue suit paired with a crisp white shirt.
He levelled up the look with a bunch of flowers attached to his lapel and a cream baker boy hat that perched atop his head.

It comes after Sally celebrated four years with Joe last month, the lovebirds met while filming on the Cobbles of Weatherfield back in 2017.
They were meant to tie the knot in December 2021 but decided to postpone the ceremony to 2022 so that they could ensure it would be the day they had always dreamed of.
