Coronation Street spoilers: Sarah Platt tempted to cheat on Gary Windass with Adam Barlow
To be fair to her, she’s got good reason when Gary’s baby mama Nicola Rubinstein – played by returning star Nicola Thorpe – rocks up on the cobbles.
Sarah – Tina O’Brien – spots Nic’s son Zack – who was conceived after a one-night-stand with Gary – kitted out in designer threads and inwardly fumes, knowing Gary has paid for them.
Meanwhile Sarah and Gary are reduced to sleeping on lilos on the living room floor at no.8 after Audrey Roberts moves in to avoid the rot in her own home.
Gary and Sarah were booted out of their flat in Victoria Court, along with Sarah’s teenage daughter Bethany, when Gary fell three months behind with the rent and failed to tell Sarah.
Things start looking up for them though when Audrey tells Gary – played by Mikey North – he can have the contract to fix her house if she can give him a good price.
But Sarah’s hopes are soon dashed and she’s left livid after finding out that not only did Gary have lunch with Nicola, but he lost Audrey’s business too as she was offered a cheaper quote.
Her mood only gets worse when she finds Gary in the Rovers talking about taking on a job in Qatar with his mate Joe.
Nicola tries to back Sarah up by telling Gary that it doesn’t matter that he’s fallen behind with maintenance payments for Zack and he can hold off until he’s back on his feet.
This is brand new information for Sarah who flips out and starts doing shots with the girls at the bar.
And when Scottie hottie Adam Barlow – Sam Robertson – suggests a nightcap back at his, Sarah is quick to take him up on the offer.
Later, Adam and Sarah flirt over a bottle of wine and Adam moves in for a kiss. How will Sarah respond?
