Caroline Flack calls personal trainer Bradley Simmonds ‘the best thing in my life’ after romance rumours and split from Danny Cipriani

CAROLINE Flack has called personal trainer Bradley Simmonds "the best thing in my life" after romance rumours and a split from Danny Cipriani.

The 39-year-old Love Island presenter told the new issue of Cosmopolitan that she's dating again after calling time on her romance with rugby player Danny, 31.

She said: "[I’m] getting back on the horse. I’ve been dating and really enjoying it.

"I’ve decided to give people a chance, go and date and have some fun with it.

"There doesn’t always have to be an end-goal.”

However she insists she hasn't been on any dates with handsome PT Bradley, 24.

Despite the pair cuddling up for a cosy snap at Caroline's River Island clothing launch last week, she told the publication: "Everyone keeps saying I’m dating him but I’m not.

"I wouldn’t want to ruin it because he’s the best thing. He’s the only constant in my life right now."

Caroline is in a happier place in her personal life, after a tumultuous 2018 courtesy of her on-off engagement to former Apprentice star Andrew Brady.

Speaking about what lessons she's learned in love, Caroline joked: "Don’t put your love life on Instagram!

"It’s nice to celebrate how you feel at a particular time, but don’t get carried away.

"This time last year I was planning a wedding. Did it happen? No.

"Sometimes you think things are going to be forever and then… of course they’re not. It’s happened a few times, so you get used to the feeling…”

Earlier this month, The Sun exclusively revealed how Caroline and Danny had a number of secret meetings as their romance hotted up.

The pair met in London and in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, where Danny is currently based, but it appears their romance ran out of steam.

Caroline spoke ahead of the new series of Love Island, which launches on Monday, June 3, with the new batch of Islanders unveiled on Monday.

The July issue of Cosmopolitan is on sale from 31st May
