Call The Midwife’s Laura Main looks worlds away from her BBC nurse character as she flashes legs in glam dress
CALL The Midwife star Laura Main has been spotted looking worlds away from her nurse character in the popular BBC drama.
The actress took to social media to show off her glam new look in a green silk dress that showed off her legs in a new photoshoot.
Laura, 41, who is best known for playing Shelagh Turner in the BBC One show, is normally seen wearing a nurse's uniform on screen.
Now, the star has swapped her signature blue overalls and red cardigan for a much more modern and sophisticated look.
Laura opted for a pair of high stilettos, which wrapped around her ankles, as she donned the short silk gown for an evening out.
She completed her look with a glamorous palette of make-up including a red lip and darkened eyelashes, with a dewy complexion.
