Blur’s Alex James confirms his annual Big Feastival will go ahead with Nile Rogers and Ella Eyre
BLUR’s Alex James has confirmed his annual Big Feastival will go ahead this year.
The rock ‘n’ roll star’s annual event, which is in its tenth year, will take place over the August Bank Holiday.
Acts including Nile Rogers and Chic, Rag N Bone Man and Ella Eyre will be performing over the three day event from August 27-29.
The Big Feastival, sponsored by M&S Food, will also play host to a whole host of world class chefs and award-winning street food.
Alex said of the 10th annual event: “I cannot wait to welcome everyone back to the farm this summer for our 10th Birthday party.
“We’re all in need of a serious celebration this year so we’re pulling out all the stops to ensure this is our best line-up yet. Roll on August!”
The Big Feastival is off its anniversary celebrations with Sigala headlining on the Friday evening.
Saturday will see Nile headlining before Rag N Bone man closes the event on Sunday evening.
Also joining the line up are Swedish pop sensation Zara Larsson, singer songwriter Tom Walker and Waiting All Night superstar Ella Eyre.
All Saints will take to the stage at the event too, with DJ Norman Jay, The Cuban Brothers and Duke also set to perform.
Two-Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw will be leading the cooking demonstrations with other renowned chefs booked including Mark Hix, Ching He Huang, Ping Coombes and Theo Randall.
Jack Stein will also be on hand offering tips, as well as cook and TV presenter Juliet Sear and award-winning cook and food writer Georgina Hayden.
