'Blue Bloods': Who Will Be Danny's Date to Jamie's Wedding?
Jamie Reagan (Will Estes) and Eddie Janko (Vanessa Ray) are taking a huge step by getting married. We still don’t know when the wedding will take place or who is all going. Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) will obviously attend, but will he have a date? Wahlberg gave his guess as to what will happened and more.
Henry has told Danny that he should try to find someone new
It’s been two years since Linda (Amy Carlson) died. Since then Danny has been focused on working and his two sons, but his grandfather recently had a heart to heart with him.
After Danny was upset about shooting a young man Henry (Len Cariou) said, “Linda was the one who got you through those others. She also could have gotten through this one.” When Danny said it wasn’t in the cards, Henry replied, “So draw a new one.”
Danny has turned a character’s head this season. Molly Chavez (Stephanie Andujar) previously hit on him when he was helping her with her brother, but he wasn’t ready yet. She left things off by saying “I should let you go. But I’m not gonna let you go if you know what I mean.”
There might not be much romance in Danny’s life, but things are only getting better between Jamie and Eddie. The couple is planning their wedding, which might make people wonder who will Danny bring to the event?

The actor was asked about who will show up to the wedding with Danny. Wahlberg doesn’t seem to know for sure, but gave a possible answer.
“I would think his partner, Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez),” he told TV Insider. “They’re so close and she would want to be there with him, knowing how emotional it will be without Linda.”
The two are still solving cases together and Maria has tried to be there for Danny after Linda’s death. Ramirez previously talked about whether Linda’s death would affect Maria and Danny’s relationship.

“I hope not,” she answered when asked if their relationship would change by The Cheat Sheet. She then said, “But Maria is trying to be very, very supportive because it’s such a difficult delicate situation. Of course, he’s so stubborn, and we’ll see if he actually lets his partner in to help and to support and to give love and appreciation.”
Ramirez also revealed what she hopes will be in Danny’s future. “I want him to be happy and enjoy life, and maybe he’ll turn a new leaf and naturally realize that life is so short.”
It looks like Danny is slowly moving on this season after the death of his wife. We still have no clue if that will mean he’ll take a new woman to his brother’s wedding or his partner, Maria. However, it looks like Wahlberg is all for Danny just taking his good friend to the event.
