Big Brother fans confused as ‘aggressive’ housemate kicks off and demand she’s axed

Big Brother fans have labelled Olivia Young "aggressive" as they were left confused after she kicked off at Yinrun Huang, telling her that her politeness is "annoying."

During Tuesday night's episode, 10 October, Yinrun could be seen apologising after getting in the way while others were cooking in the kitchen, leading to Olivia telling her to stop saying sorry.

After being asked by another housemate why she was annoyed, Olivia shouted: "Because it's just annoying she's being nice. It's not a go at you. You say sorry for everything, you don't need to!

"Don't apologise for anything or being you, why are you apologising? You don't need to."

Viewers of the show were quick to comment on the row on social media, with the majority taking against Olivia and labelling her "aggressive."

Posting to X, previously Twitter, one wrote: "Yinrun is probably one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve seen on TV for a long time. She didn’t deserve to be shouted at for apologising to someone."

"Olivia going off at Yinrun just for being too polite wtf at least she has manners leave her alone #BBUK" added another.

While a third penned: "shouting at someone for being POLITE says alot about you as a person, i get her point but she didn’t have to be passive aggressive about it… olivia is radiating bully energy #BigBrotherUK"

It comes after viewers theorised that the show had been "set up" to save Olivia after she was put up for eviction just minutes after arriving in the house.

During a game of pass the parcel, Jenkin was asked who he thought would be hardest to live with, opting to pick Olivia, after which Big Brother announced that she was at risk of elimination at the first public vote.

But in another twist, she was given the chance to win immunity from eviction if she was not voted 'least entertaining', and having proven successful in this task, Olivia was saved from potential eviction this week.

"Clearly they don’t want her out first. The utter bull**** rigged programme has started already #BBUK," one disgruntled fan wrote on X – formerly known as Twitter.

A second wrote: "FFS!!! Seems like a fix already! Obviously the producers want to kerp her in, can get immunity now! No point in voting, they already have an idea who they want for top 3.#BBUK".

"Feel like Olivia would probably not be ranked last anyway… a bit rigged #bbuk" chimed a third.
