The fashion designer went for a smart and sophisticated all-white look.

She wore a tuxedo jacket teamed with ’70s-style flared trousers and a pussybow blouse.

The 45-year-old capped off the look with a black leather clutch bag.

Actress Scarlett Johansson was seen leaving an after-party after what looked like a boozy night as she needed two bodyguards to escort her to her car.

Scarlett was seen sporting a huge ladder down her tights as she made her exit from an after-party held at Chiltern Firehouse.

The 35-year-old went home empty-handed on the night despite being nominated for two awards.

Former The Saturdays star Vanessa White stepped out in a bright yellow number.

She attended the BAFTA Vogue x Tiffany Fashion and Film after-party held at Annabel's Private Members Club in London.

By the end of the night, the 30-year-old did little to hide just how much she wanted her bed after letting out a huge yawn once she got in her car.

Despite missing out on the award for Best Actress, Charlize Theron looked in a joyful mood as she slipped into more causal attire for the Baftas after-party at Annabel's.

The 44-year-old wore a suave suit dinner suit jacket and trousers, with a lace short underneath.

She completed the look with an exclusive necklace from Tiffany & Co's new T1 collection and gold rings.

The actress who missed out a gong for her role in Bombshell, looked a worse for wear by the end of the night as she exited the party accompanied by bodyguards.

However, he lost out to Joaquin Phoenix's Joker.

The 30-year-old was seen leaving the after party around 3am with his head down.
