Ariana Grande slammed for refusing selfie with fan- as she's sued AGAIN for using photo without permission
A Grammy awards seat-filler has opened up about the moment Ariana Grande refused to take a selfie with him after walking home empty-handed on the night.
The 7 Rings singer had been nominated in five categories but lost out to Billish Eilish, who walked away with the top four awards at the annual event.
And it seems Ariana, 26, wasn't too happy after being snubbed by the Academy as she refused to take pictures with fans following her losses.
British seat-filler named Terry George claimed Ariana acted like "a bit of diva" when turned down his request.
The businessman had won the "golden seat of the night" which saw him sat between the likes of Billie Eillish, Ariana Grande and Shania Twain.
But after getting a selfie from five-time Grammy winner Billie, Terry was a bit shocked when Ari declined to take a snap with him.
Speaking to Insider, he explained what happened when he approached the former Nickelodeon star at the end of the night: "She said, 'Not right now, I'm not in the mood."
However he added: "And then obviously I realized thinking back in hindsight that she didn't win anything so she was pretty upset about it."
Meanwhile Ariana is facing even more issue when it comes to taking photos as she's being sued by a paparazzi photographer for the SECOND time.
According to The Blast, the Thank U, Next singer is being sued for posting images of herself on Instagram which were taken by New York-based photographer Robert Barbera.
The photographer is suing because the singer "ran [his] Photograph on their Instagram Story on their Instagram page to promote their brand and clothing by saying 'My Merch Is So Cute and Comfy, Swipe Up To Get Da Look' on the Photograph.
He has accused Ariana of "failing to learn her lesson" by posting the snap.
It comes after the NASA singer was forced to settle a $50,000 lawsuit with the photographer out of court back in 2018.
The pap argued that he makes his living by selling the prints of the images he takes and Ariana should be able to use it without his permission to promote her music or merchandise.
