Amy Childs shares first look at new ITVBe show The Twin Life as release date revealed
Reality star Amy Childs has shared a sneak peek into her new ITVBe show The Twin Life as the long-awaited release date has been confirmed.
Behind-the-scenes pictures have been shared on Instagram in the lead up to the brand new two-part series where Amy embarks on a new exciting chapter in her life with partner Billy Delbosq – as her family doubles in size as the star welcomes her twins.
Amy welcomed her twins Billy River and Amelia Mae last month with cameras following her journey every step of the way.
Episode one will see the family prepare for the twins in the lead-up to their arrival, while the second episode will see them embark on the early days after the birth. With double the responsibility, viewers will get to see how Amy and Billy manage their new family dynamic.
The new series didn't hold back as Amy was tasked with the challenge of Polly being needier than ever and Billy partying the night away, prior to the twin’s arrival, causing some turbulent times in the Childs-Delbosq household.
The babies were welcomed to the world in true Essex style as viewers will get to see Amy prepare for her birth with a new spray tan and eyebrows with her best friend and cousin Harry.
However, the series is not all glitz and glamour, as Amy deals with a very turbulent and traumatic birth which leads her to undergo an emergency c-section.
Whilst Amy adjusted to her new life at home with the twins, Billy popped the most exciting question and asked Amy to marry him, which lead Amy and Billy into their new adventure as a soon to be Mr and Mrs.
This series promises a raw behind-the-scenes look into Amy’s life, with moments of laughter, surprises, and love as cameras follow Amy and Billy into the new phase of their life.
Speaking on the series, Amy said she is excited to bring viewers along as she becomes a mum to four children under five.
The TOWIE star said: “ I am very excited to bring viewers in on this crazy journey with twins, as I become a mum to four under five!
"Bill and I eagerly anticipate sharing every moment, from the bustling nesting phase, birth via emergency c-section, to the raw reality of the days following the twins’ arrival, and finally a very exciting proposal!”
Amy continued: “We are thrilled to have the cameras come along for the ride capturing all those special moments.”
Fans were thrilled about the new show as one commented on Instagram: “So excited to watch this xxx”, while another said: “SOO excited I’ve ALWAYS LOVED @amychilds1990 deserves this good luck beautiful.”
Amy Childs: The Twin Life premiers Tuesday 23 May at 9 pm on ITVBE and ITVX.
