WAYNE Rooney’s farmer neighbours can build a huge sheep shed next to his £20million mansion.

It may mean yet more sleepless nights for the Derby County manager.


Wayne, 36, has been relegated with his team, nicknamed The Rams.

And wife Coleen is also embroiled in a legal fight with fellow footie Wag Becky Vardy over alleged leaks to the press.

Brighouse Farms won permission from Cheshire East council to build a 6m-high shed to house 200 sheep and lambs.

Although in the green belt, agriculture buildings are an exception to “inappropriate development”.

The 70-acre farm near Knutsford rears sheep for wool, meat and breeding.

Last year the business got planning permission for an outbuilding to house 1,000 genetically modified sheep.

Earlier this month travellers who set up camp next to Wayne and Coleen's £20million mansion have finally been ordered to leave.
