Watch MMA legend Khabib Nurmagomedov deep in unlikely conversation with Hollywood star Jared Leto at UFC Fight Night

KHABIB NURMAGOMEDOV was captured in an unlikely conversation with Hollywood star Jared Leto.

Retired Khabib and the A-lister were cageside at a UFC Fight Night event and were filmed having a chat.

The pair both acknowledged the cameras and were also pictured next to UFC president Dana White.

Oscar-winner Leto is a big fight fan and often attends UFC events and hit the headlines in July.

The American performer watched Conor McGregor's trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier and was mocked for his outfit.

Leto, 50, wore a plunging blouse, neck scarf and beaded necklace at UFC 264 which drew merciless trolling.

Just five months later, at UFC 269, again the 'Suicide Squad' villain took a front row seat and had a bright orange hat on.

Nurmagomedov, 33, is often seen cageside these days after transitioning into coaching after his MMA retirement.

Khabib retired in 2020 after beating Justin Gaethje in his one and only fight without his mentor and father Abdulmanap, who died just months earlier.

Nurmagomedov promised his mother he would never return without his dad and has since launched his own promotion.

And Khabib, head of Eagle Fighting Championship, has high hopes as a promoter.

He told told Sky Sports: “I just want to become the best. I’m not here to become number three or number two.

"I’m here to become the best promoter in the world. And we have developed a new system.

“We’re going to change a couple of things, not a lot and after a couple of years I think people are going to understand who is who.”
