UFC's Desmond Green jailed on 19 charges, including DUI manslaughter, after deadly crash

UFC star Desmond Green has been charged on four counts of DUI manslaughter following his arrest on Tuesday.

The fighter was held at Broward County Jail in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, over several charges relating to a crash in August.

Five vehicles were involved in the accident that killed two people.

And ESPN claim the 29-year-old is facing 19 total charges as a result.

Among those charges “DUI causing serious bodily injury (four counts); DUI causing property damage (five counts); operating with a suspended licence; and possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.”

Green’s bail has been set at £152,693.

Florida Highway Patrol said Green lost control of his SUV.

“The Predator” only suffered minor injuries.

Emelina Morfa, 67, and Emma Suarez Hernandez, 76, were both killed.

The 31-23-8 battler reportedly drifted into the way of a tractor-trailer.

That created a pile-up that involved three other motors.

Green last fought inside the cage against Charles Jourdain at UFC Fight Night 152 in May.

The Rochester, New York-born star was triumphant in his hometown via a unanimous decision.
