Third tier star scores screamer from halfway line… but fans think they've noticed something VERY wrong with pitch | The Sun

FANS have been left questioning a pitch in the third tier of Greece after Apollon Pargas beat Lefkimmi.

In the game, one of the Pargas footballers scored a brilliant volley from the halfway line.




The goal caught the attention of fans due to its spectacular nature.

The player controlled the ball with his chest before firing his volley over the goalkeeper.

However, the pitch at the Dimotiko Gipedo Pargas stadium has come under question from fans who have seen the goal.

Some were left thinkingthe pitch seemed too small compared to normal professional-sized pitches.
