A SUPERCOMPUTER has predicted how the Premier League table will finish after Manchester United beat Liverpool.
Erik ten Hag enjoyed his first win as United boss but he still has his work cut out if he is to finish in the top four.
That's according to a supercomputer which used betting market analysis to project the final Premier League table following the third round of fixtures.
The data collated by sports betting app SBK indicates United are the least likely side of the big six to qualify for the Champions League.
The supercomputer predicts them to finish sixth, ahead of Newcastle in seventh and one place behind Chelsea.
Thomas Tuchel's side could slip out of the top four for the first time since 2018 judging by current form.

The Blues were thrashed 3-0 by Leeds on Sunday and have won just one of their three Premier League games.
Liverpool, meanwhile, are yet to record a win following draws with Fulham and Crystal Palace.
But the supercomputer still predicts the Reds to finish second behind Manchester City – as they did last season.
Pep Guardiola is expected to win the Premier League for a fifth time, with the Citizens odds on favourites for the title.

Arsenal and Tottenham are tipped to round off the top four with the Gunners edgining out their north London rivals into third.
That would mean Champions League football at The Emirates for the first time since the 2016-17 season, having narrowly missed out on fourth place last term.
Prem newcomers Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest are expected to return to the Championship despite both sides getting off to a promising start and Forest signing 16 new players.
There could be another huge club joining those teams in the second division as Everton are predicted to go down.
The Toffees could only manage a draw at home with Forest last time out and have just one point so far, while star winger Anthony Gordon looks set to join Chelsea.
