WILL STING (1.20 Sandown)

Lucy Wadham’s six-year-old took a major step forward when lagging in at Warwick last time.

Dropping back to this trip worked wonders and the testing ground looked ideal.

He’s up 13lb for that but his rider’s hefty claim reduces most of that. He should be right there again.

SANDYMOUNT ROSE (2.30 Sandown)

This seven-year-old has been in excellent form at lower levels and had plenty in hand when scoring at Ludlow last time.

Testing ground is ideal and her stamina will be a real asset. She goes up in grade here but can hit the frame.

Interesting making chase debut after a long break.

Has won a couple of points and should be right there.

Going well in points and can make winning Rules debut.

Good second last time and rider does well at this level.

Has won well twice since switching to fences.

Good second in strong race at Kempton last time out.

Has improved lately with a win and solid second.

Was going really well before his break and can strike.
