Paul Pogba 'tells Real Madrid he wants £14m a year to sign from Man Utd'

PAUL POGBA reportedly wants £14million per season to swap Manchester United for Real Madrid.

The French international admitted playing for Los Blancos was a "dream" during the international break.

And Tuttosport is claiming agent Mino Raiola has named his price to Bernabeu chiefs.

The demands would be an increase on the £10.2m base salary he currently receives at Old Trafford.

Pogba, 25, has two more years left to run on his current contract, with an option for United to extend it for a year.

And that means Old Trafford chiefs are under no pressure to sell this summer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's arrival has sparked the Frenchman into life and he has played a key role in United's rise.

Pogba continued that revival with France as he played an outrageous chip disguised as a shot for Antonine Griezmann to volley home against Moldova last week.

But he sparked concerns among United fans with his comments about Real and returning boss Zinedine Zidane.

He admitted: “Like I’ve always said, Real Madrid is a dream for anyone.

“It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world, there is also Zidane as a coach and it’s a dream for anybody who likes football.

“For now, I’m at Manchester. We don’t know what the future holds. I’m at Manchester and I’m happy."

Pogba and United face Watford on Saturday as the Premier League returns.
