The TNT Sports host posted a romantic video of the couple to reveal they are dating.

And just a day after the relationship hit the headlines, Laura found time to relax as she went on a stroll with her dog and a friend.

She dressed in a black tracksuit and white trainers for her walk around London.

Laura went public with her boyfriend, uploading a clip of her kissing a shirtless Adam.

The video was swiftly deleted after it hit the internet.

But the news came as little surprise after the duo were seen on a secret date in a country pub.

Adam, who is famous for his time on Love Island, is "smitten" with Laura and "couldn't wait" to show off his new love.

Woods was previously in an eight-year relationship with England rugby star Alex Corbisiero.
