Ian Wright appears to leak new throwback Arsenal kits before deleting Instagram post

IAN WRIGHT appeared to accidentally leak a photograph of Arsenal's retro kits for next season – before quickly deleting it.

The Gunners legend shared a snap of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette wearing the new strips to his Instagram page.

The image fuelled speculation that Arsenal will wear vintage kits as part of their new Adidas deal next season.

Lacazette donned the home kit – which has a V neck collar with a red and white trim around the sleeves.

Aubameyang sported the bright yellow away jersey – which is similar to Arsenal's away kit for the title winning season of 1988/89.

Wright deleted the snap shortly after he shared it with 788,000 followers, but it was screenshotted and posted to Twitter by eagle-eyed fans.

Fans on social media were blown away by the incredible design of the leaked shirts.

One said: "Red kit is immense. Title winning kit that."

While another added: "Absolutely gorgeous them kits."

A social media user even joked: "Tattoo that kit to my body!"

Liverpool fans were not as impressed when an image of their possible away kit for next season was leaked online.

Chelsea's rumoured away kit – which is white with a blue and red trim – received mixed reviews from the supporters.

SunSport have pulled together a list of the latest leaked kits that we can expect to see in the top flight next season.
