Conte to raid Chelsea for old favourite Victor Moses if Inter Milan fail to secure transfer for Spinazzola – The Sun

INTER MILAN have lined up Nigerian international Victor Moses in the event of the Leonardo Spinazzola – Matteo Politano swap deal between the Nerazzurri and Roma falling through.
Moses is currently on loan from Chelsea at Fenerbahce in the Turkish SüperLig but spent two successful seasons under current Inter manager Antonio Conte at Chelsea, winning both the Premier League and the FA Cup.

According to Sky Sports Italia, Inter remain in talks with Roma over a swap deal with Spinazzola and Politano, however it appears the deal is under threat with a last minute change to the terms of agreement.
Conte has reportedly set his sights on Chelsea's Moses if the two parties are unable to come to an agreement.
It has been reported that Conte wants to change the transfer deal from a loan with an obligation to buy, to a loan with the option to buy, which would turn into an obligation after Spinazzola makes 15 appearances.
The two clubs are said to be arguing about what constitutes as an appearance.
Roma argue that simply stepping onto the pitch should be notched down as one appearance, whilst Inter are suggesting an appearance should consist of at least 45 minutes of match play.

With January 17 being the deadline for making the deal happen, it makes sense for Conte to be eyeing up alternative options.
Sitting just two points behind leaders Juventus, any new additions in the transfer window could be the difference between pushing for the top spot and not.
Conte is on a mission to reinforce his side as the Inter manager has reportedly signed left-back Ashley Cole for £1.5million.
The 34-year-old is set to undergo a medical today before taking pen to paper shortly after.

Christian Eriksen is next on Conte's list, with Inter reportedly ready to pay £17m for a four-year-deal with the midfielder.
Whilst Olivier Giroud is the next Premier League player to join the Nerazzurri.
Conte hopes to land Giroud by offering Chelsea £3.8m plus bonuses for the France striker.
