  • POCH'S PREM PULL

Mauricio Pochettino admits he would “love” to get another job managing in the Premier League again.

The Argentine, 47, was axed as Tottenham boss in November – just five months after taking the club to the Champions League final.

Reports over the weekend suggested Poch still has his eyes on the Old Trafford gig and that he has told friends he wants to resume his career in the summer.

However, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain may all be looking for a new boss come the summer and would surely be in touch with Pochettino to try and lure him to the continent.

But Poch told the In The Pink podcast: “To be honest, I would love to work in the Premier League.

“It's going to be difficult, I know, and for now it's a moment to wait and we'll see what happens.

“It's a moment of recovery, to think about yourself a little bit, and to be ready because in football always something can happen and you need to be ready.

“I'm ready and waiting for a new challenge. I have the belief and confidence that the next challenge will be fantastic.”

  • JOSE'S WAR CHEST

Jose Mourinho is planning a £120million summer spending spree, according to reports.

The Portuguese wants to start with Spurs' defence this summer, with Benfica's Portugal international Ruben Dias and Bournemouth's Nathan Ake among targets.

The Express report they are also interested in Norwich's Max Aarons.

Nice's Youcef Atal is also a target, as is Leicester's Ben Chilwell.

Jan Vertonghen's contract runs out in the summer, while Toby Alderweireld is now 30.

  • BATTLEGROUNDS

Arsenal and Tottenham are going head to head to host Anthony Joshua's next fight against Kubrat Pulev.

Both the Emirates Stadium and the new Tottenham Stadium are being considered as possible destinations for the heavyweight bout.

Wembley and the Principality Stadium in Cardiff have hosted AJ's bouts before.

And with Euro 2020 on this summer Wembley would be an unlikely destination for the fight.

According to the Mail, that has left the two North London grounds under consideration.

  • THE WRONG 'MANN

Jurgen Klinsmann has quit as Hertha Berlin manager.

The White Hart Lane legend and former Germany boss has quit after only 10 weeks in charge of the relegation-battling club.

He said: “Unity, cohesion and focus on the essentials are the most important elements, especially in a relegation battle.

“If they are not guaranteed, I cannot exploit my potential as a coach and therefore cannot live up to my responsibility.

“Therefore, after much deliberation, I came to the conclusion that I would give up my position as head coach of Hertha and return to my original long-term role as a member of the supervisory board.”

  • SNAP-BACK

The FA has launched an investigation into Dele Alli's controversial Snapchat post, appearing to make fun of Coronavirus.

The England international, 23, could face a ban for his brainless post.

He said: “This virus gunna have to be quicker to catch me.”

Alli has since apologised for the remarks.
