EDEN HAZARD has confirmed that he has made his decision regarding whether he will stay or leave Chelsea this summer.
There has been speculation about the Belgian international's plans all season, but he has confirmed that he told the club of his plans two weeks ago.
Back in October Hazard said that his dream was to play for Real Madrid, but it is not publicly known yet where he will be playing football next season.
Speaking after the 0-0 draw against Leicester on the last day of the season, Hazard said: “Yes I have made my decision but it is not about me.
“Would I have liked it to be cleared up earlier in the season? Yes, I wanted that but that's not happened.
“I am still waiting and the fans are waiting.”

AFTER a 0-0 stalemate on the final day of the season, Chelsea now turn their attention to the Europa League final.
It was a disappointing day infront of goal at the King Power, where the Blues created a number of clear cut chances but couldn't find the net.
Chelsea's fans begged star man Eden Hazard to stay, unfurling a banner before the game which read: “Eden Hazard bleeds blue. Chelsea is your home.”
And thanks to Tottenham's draw at home to Everton, they did manage to secure third place.
Elsewhere, Chelsea's chances of landing Barcelona's out-of-favour forward Philippe Coutinho hit a snag when the club lost their appeal against a transfer ban.
Coutinho has been largely underwhelming at Barcelona and he was hauled off after just 60 minutes of the second leg of his side's 4-0 defeat away to Liverpool in the Champions League semi-final.
And Nice boss Patrick Vieira has given the green light for the club to sign Olivier Giroud this summer.
The Frenchman was braced for the exit door until Maurizio Sarri confirmed plans to exercise a clause in his contract and trigger a one-year contract extension.
