THE season is near the halfway points and clubs are eyeing the January transfer window.

More than three months after the window slammed shut for teams in England and around Europe, it's nearly time for the wheeling and dealing to start all over again.

Among the potential moves in the winter window, Kalidou Koulibaly could be on his way to Tottenham to shore up his Jose Mourinho's defence, while Jadon Sancho's time at Borussia Dortmund could be nearing its end.

  • PEDRO has revealed he he has offers to leave Chelsea.

    The Spanish star, who has fallen out of favour under Frank Lampard, will be out of contract at the end of the season.

    He told Radio Club Tenerife: “Yes there are offers, there are always clubs that are interested and that is a joy.

    “[Whether in Spain or elsewhere] that is good news.

    “Nobody knows what can happen.

    “I still have years to play but you're thinking about what things are going on.

    “I'm running out of contract at Chelsea, I'm free and we'll see what happens.”

  • BRIGHTON have ruled out selling Ben White in January.

    The centre-back, who is currently impressing during a loan spell with Leeds United, is said to be a target for Premier League leaders Liverpool.

    Albion have told United they have no intention of allowing the 22-year-old to depart the club on a permanent basis.

    Instead, the Amex Stadium outfit are eager for White to continue his development by playing regularly in the Championship with Leeds.

  • NEWCASTLE UNITED have reportedly had a bid for QPR teenager Reagan Thomas.

    The Magpies are said to be among a number of teams in the running to sign 16-year-old, with Celtic and Rangers also showing interest.

    Rangers have also reportedly seen a bid of £35k turned down while Newcastle's offer is an unspecified amount.

  • BARCELONA are set to reignite their interest in Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin, reports claim.

    Bellerin spent eight years with the Catalan club's academy and has been linked with a return to the Nou Camp at various times throughout his career.

    Reports in Spain suggest Barca are perparing a bid of £38million for the 24-year-old who has struggled with injury this season.

    He has made just seven appearances this season and pulled up in the warm up for Arsenal's 3-1 win over West Ham United on Monday.

  • ARSENAL will not have it all their own way in their pursuit of Man United defender Chris Smalling.

    A successful loan spell with Roma has seen Smalling's stock rise and Juventus and Inter Milan are reportedly keen on signing the England international.

    Roma are also keen to make his loan from Man United permanent and have tabled a bid of £13million for the 30-year-old.

    United, though, are holding out for £17million for a player who has made over 300 appearances for the club.
