A woman has been left mortified after mistakenly sending very revealing pictures to her personal trainer.
Gemma Hill, a radio presenter at Heart West Midlands, explained in a viral TikTok clip how she was asked by her new PT to take ‘before photos’ in her underwear so she could track her fitness progress.
Doing as instructed, Gemma posed for the snaps in front of her bathroom mirror in just her undergarments before sending them across to her personal trainer – only to be left humiliated by his response.
He explained that he didn’t need to be sent the underwear shots and now had his girlfriend ‘quizzing’ him on ‘who this chick is’.

In her video, which has racked up more than 131,000 views, Gemma recalled how her personal trainer said ‘don’t breathe in, no good angles, just be honest’ ahead of taking the revealing snaps.
However, when receiving the images, he was quick to point out that the photographs were just for Gemma to use as a comparison during her fitness journey – and he didn’t need to see them.
His text read: ‘Hey, sorry Gem, I meant take photos for yourself, not send them to me. So you can check out your progress!’
A mortified Gemma replied: ‘OMG I’m so sorry. What a t***. I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I’m so sorry.’
Thankfully, Gemma’s personal trainer was able to see the funny side of it, however, his girlfriend was left unimpressed.
He explained that he didn’t need to be sent the underwear shots and now had his girlfriend ‘quizzing’ him on ‘who this chick is’. Pictured, Gemma during the TikTok clip
‘Lol no I don’t ask clients to send me pictures in underwear,’ he added. ‘I was eating dinner with my girl and she’s quizzing me who is this chick.’
The clip, captioned ‘How do I go back?!’, left viewers crying with laughter, while others felt ‘second-hand embarrassment’ for Gemma.
‘Honest mistake and good man for clarifying,’ one viewer said, while another added: ‘Omg I’m literally dying inside for you.’
‘This has kept me giggling for the last 30 minutes,’ said a third, as a fourth wrote: ‘My PT told me to take pictures but said “do not send me them” so I’m assuming others have before.’
Another admitted: ‘Don’t worry, I probably would have thought the same! I would have assumed the PT had a before and after board or website or something.’
