For the classes, guests tune in and after an introduction and informal briefing, while the expert chefs will take everyone through the recipe steps and cook alongside those joining in.

Everyone is encouraged to ask questions as they create their very own master pieces and discover secrets and tips from the team behind the famous kitchen.

For the winter dinner party course, which launches later this month,  participants will create dishes such as Spiced Cauliflower Soup, followed by Pan fried Salmon with a watercress and wasabi sauce.

Over the festive season, Raymond Blanc and his team at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons created the ‘ bespoke virtual, luxury experiences’.

Alongside cooking, the school also offers cocktail making classes, floral workshops and cookery demonstrations.

The success of these has led to The Raymond Blanc Cookery School tutors to put together culinary masterclasses to try at home, and these will be running over the coming weeks.

The new offering also allows a virtual group get together for a ‘bespoke class’.

Alongside cooking, the school also offers cocktail making classes, floral workshops and cookery demonstrations.

This mean if a group would like to get together and create a particular menu, to celebrate a birthday with others or just to brighten up their weekend, the team can work on a session to suit.

The first classes are available on Friday 29th January (5pm until 7pm) and Saturday 30th January (2pm – 4pm) via access to a private Zoom.

February courses will be running on the 11th , 12th and 13th.
