As we scroll through Instagram, we find ourselves being presented with endless snaps of our favourite celebrities wearing their brand new designer clothes.

Straight after seeing these images, we immediately get some serious style envy but can’t afford the price tag. Occasionally we can cleverly discover some high street brands releasing some similar pieces to those we lust after. For example, when Zara and River Island brought out the iconic Katie Holmes knitted vest and cardigan set.

Jumper, £8, Pep & Co

However, there is one brand that has popped up on our radar recently and their new autumn winter range has provided us with not only some designer dupes, but some of the biggest trends for autumn winter.

You may not know this but high street shop Poundland has its very own clothing brand called Pep & Co. Their new collection has launched in stores this November and they will be releasing more pieces throughout the month.

Silver bodysuit, £8, Pep & Co

Black pleated skirt, £10, Pep & Co

One of the biggest trends this autumn winter is one of our favourite fabrics, faux-leather. Whether it’s leather boots, jackets or shirts, you can’t go wrong with it.

Not only is it super durable but it immediately elevates your outfits to leave you looking chic and classy. We’re big fans of this black pleated skirt from Pep & Co. Team it with a statement blouse to create the perfect festive party outfit.

Beige shorts, £1,300 Dior

Blue short, £5, Pep & Co

We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw these great cycling shorts. Not only are we obsessed with the Diva print, because let's face it, we all have one in us somewhere. This is a great dupe of Dior’s iconic print that is included in a lot of their collections. Combined with us being in Lockdown 2.0, now is a better time than ever to invest in some comfy loungewear.

Navy plaid jumper, £545, Dries Van Noten

Red plaid jumper, £10, Pep & Co

Another amazing dupe in the collection is this plaid jumper, a very similar match to this roll neck from designer Dries Van Noten. Apart from looking super cosy, now is a great time to update your favourite winter essentials.

Jacket, £16, Pep & Co

The most expensive piece in the collection is this leather look jacket. As we said previously, leather is one of the biggest trends this season so investing in this classy jacket will give an edge to your outfits. One of the great things about leather looking pieces is that they don’t come with the weight of real leather, so you can layer up cute outfits underneath without feeling like you’re melting.

Ripped Jeans, £9, Pep & Co

Something that everyone should have in their wardrobes is a pair of ripped jeans. Whether you dress them up with the classic combo of jeans and a nice t-shirt or keep it casual with an oversized hoodie. This style of denim works well at creating a break in your legs which will give the illusion of longer legs. This pair even comes with an elastic waistband for extra comfort.

Unfortunately you can’t buy these pieces online but once the restrictions are lifted you can find your local Poundland story by visiting the brands store finder here.
