Stacey Solomon is on cloud nine after the birth of her little girl.

The Loose Women panellist shared the happy news with her 4.7million Instagram fans, who were quick to congratulate their favourite tap-to-tidy star.

Stacey welcomed her baby on her 32nd birthday and treated us to an intimate video of the day.

From first twinges to contractions and new dad Joe meeting his ‘darling daughter’, we got a glimpse of Stacey’s home birth – warts and all.

While celebrities and TV shows share either an airbrushed or frankly terrifying image of childbirth, Dani Diola, doula and author of ‘Hypnobirthing – Breathing in Short Pants’, says Stacey’s video is refreshingly real.

Dani, who’s a Hypnosis for Birth Practitioner, says: “It was clear from Stacey’s video that birth is hard work and bodily fluids are involved, but it can also be intimate, glorious and beautiful.”

The video is a blessing for mums-to-be, showing Stacey with a messy mum bun, leaning on her fiance for support and cuddling her newborn with blood on her shirt.

“I love that Stacey shared the less glamorous parts of her pregnancy, like her hairy tummy and exhaustion, alongside utter excitement.

“Followers can hang off a celebrity’s every word and their advice might not be right for an ‘average’ person. But Stacey’s got it right.”

Dani says tangled hair, mess and a bit of blood is absolutely nothing to be scared of – and Stacey should be proud.

“The blood we can see in the video doesn’t come across as horrific, which it often does in TV dramas.

“Hopefully anyone who watched this will be encouraged to see that birth is totally doable.”

After a check up in hospital to make sure all was well, Stacey’s daughter decided to make an appearance at Pickle Cottage, surrounded by her brothers Zachary, Leighton and Rex, dad Joe and a supportive midwife.

While some celebrities are quick to snap pictures of themselves in their skinny jeans right after birth, it’s wonderful to see Stacey reassuring us with the real deal.

The beaming mum-of-four later shared a video of herself and ‘Princess Pickle’ in bed, enjoying the calm after the storm.

Dani adds: “Stacey has based her whole career on being a normal person who loves crafting and Daim bars. To show her birth as just another part of her loving family life was just what we needed to see.”
