New Coca-Cola RASPBERRY flavour launches in supermarkets

For a long time, it seemed like Coca-Cola subscribed to the old adage ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’.

But recently they seem to have changed their tune, giving us several exciting new takes on the classic recipe.

The latest is Raspberry Zero Sugar Coca Cola.

So will you be trying the quirky fizzy drink?

The fruity flavour was already available on the Coca Cola ‘freestyle machines’ in restaurants like Five Guys and Pizza Hut.

But is now also for sale on supermarket shelves, much to the delight of Twitter users.

Quoting TV show Friends, one user wrote: “coke good. Peach, good. Raspberry, gooooood.”

However, some weren’t as convinced.

One guy, who was clearly not a fan of the concept, tweeted: “Raspberry coke zero exists therefore god does not.”

The launch comes just a month after rival Pepsi unveiled its Raspberry Pepsi Max.

Speaking about the launch, Ana Amura, Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Great Britain, said: “We know how much our fans love new flavours and we’re really excited to add Coca-Cola zero sugar Raspberry to the line-up.

“Whether you’re a fan of Coca-Cola or looking to try a new flavour, the new addition is a refreshing, fruity twist to enjoy this summer.”

The new addition is available from all major supermarkets now including Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys and Morrisons.
