Neighbours spoilers: Levi destroyed by false allegation?

The arrival of Amy’s (Jacinta Stapleton) daughter Zara is about to turn very sour in Neighbours, and it’s Levi (Richie Morris) who’ll end up receiving the brunt of it.

In fairness to Zara, she didn’t have the best of reunions with her mum – catching her in bed with two other men is enough to make any kid lose the plot a bit. But she takes her upset way too far.

Her behaviour is off the chart and Amy turns to Toadie and Susan for parenting advice. They tell her to give Zara an ultimatum – start pulling her weight by getting a job or get lost. Ned (Ben Hall) takes the advice on board too and decides he’ll do his bit to pull the family together – offering Zara a job at Harold’s.

His good intentions are misplaced.

Zara, meanwhile, is not done with causing trouble and she takes Hendrix’s (Benny Turland) advice to ask her mum to call off her relationships with the guys and focus solely on her. All Amy wants in the whole wide world is to make things right with her daughter, so she agrees and tells her lovers they need to take a break. Nobody but Zara is happy with this scenario.

Amy gives them one last hug goodbye, which Zara sees and misconstrues as her mum deliberately disobeying her orders. Revenge is on the cards, and it is served colder than cold.

Levi becomes the casualty of Zara’s new war, as she makes a terrible accusation against him. Amy is caught in the middle, who does she believe? Levi is hurt and mortified and considers walking away from Amy for good.

Toadie (Ryan Moloney) can see what Zara is doing and is hugely frustrated, to the point where when he sees her getting way above her station while helping Mackenzie, he loses it. Uh oh, he’s just made himself target number two.

Toadie is absolutely horrified to learn Nell has been given a jelly shot of Vodka. He knows exactly who to blame. He warns Amy her daughter is completely out of hand, but somehow mastermind Zara manages to spin everything around making Amy believe Toadie is the one at fault. How much damage is this girl going to do?

Scenes air from Monday 10th January on Channel 5.
