Fans of gorgeous real estate and even more beautiful realtors will be happy with Season 5 of “Selling Sunset.”

The new episodes of the show, which hit Netflix on Friday, April 22, follow the blondes and brunettes of the Oppenheim Group — including Mary Fitzgerald, Christine Quinn, Chrishell Stause, Heather Rae Young and newcomer Chelsea Lazkani — as they deal with new drama.

Calling the new season “eventful,” “shocking” and even “mind-blowing,” Fitzgerald tells Page Six Style fans will be satisfied with the “clarity” provided around certain scenarios — no matter what Quinn says.

Equally satisfying? The styles seen on the show’s agents, all carefully selected for the occasion.

“I decide what to wear [to showings] based on where it is and what the clientele is,” Fitzgerald tells us. “If it’s in the Hollywood Hills, you can be more funky or more casual, but if you’re in Bel Air or if the clients are older, I try to be more conservative.”

Revealing she swaps clothes and shoes most often with Stause, Fitzgerald also tells us she’s branching out from her signature bob, trying out different braids, extensions and even faux bangs.

“My hair’s finally gotten long enough where I can pull it up, because before it was so short I couldn’t do anything but, like, one wave. And although I loved the super-short [look], it’s just so limiting,” she says.

“I just pull it up to try to let it get healthy again, because it really takes a lot out of your hair — constantly doing it, constant coloring, everything.”

Hair maintenance that’s almost as exhausting as dealing with drama at work? Sounds like the “Selling Sunset” ladies have their hands full.
