If you're a coffee fan who enjoys a cheeky little tipple every now and again and are a bit of a classy one, we're pretty sure your cocktail of choice is an espresso martini, right?

Well, if you're after a twist on the old classic, and are a sucker for anything Lotus Biscoff inspired, you're in luck.

Biscoff-flavoured espresso martinis are the latest cocktail which will have you throwing back pints of the good stuff in record time.

The tasty new upgrade has gone down a storm with fans of the malt biscuit, and we can understand why!

Lotus Biscoff has fast-become the newest foodie craze, following in the footsteps of cookies-n-cream biscuit, Oreo's.

From cheesecakes to ice cream, milkshakes to pots of spreads, Biscoff is everywhere and Brits can't get enough of it!

The new cocktail creation is surprisingly easy to make, so get our your cocktail making kit and roll up your sleeves.

All you need to conjure up your very own Be At One-worthy tipple is a shot of espresso (any coffee will do though), coffee liqueur, vodka, Biscoff spread and of course, some Lotus Biscoff biscuits.

You'll need a blender, and some ice to whizz up the cocktail, and whilst they're not a necessity, a martini glasses are always a nice touch to finish off the drink to that perfect standard.

So, how to make this incredible concoction? A few bars across the UK have put their own twist on it, but Baltic Market in Liverpool have really brought the beveragino to mainstream attention.

The tipple has definitely becoming a "thing" on Instagram, with the cocktail gaining some serious love on the platform.

Here's how you can make it yourself at home:

Ingredients

  • Coffee liqueur
