Kyle Chrisley was arrested for aggravated assault in Tennessee, Page Six can confirm.

A rep for the Rutherford County Jail told us the reality star was cuffed and booked for the felony charge on Tuesday after being busted by the Smyrna Police Department.

Chrisley, 31, was released after posting a $3,000 bond, however, he’s due in court on March 20.

Though the “Chrisley Knows Best” star looked upset in his mug shot, details of what preceded his arrest have not been released.

Neither his wife, Ashleigh Chrisley, nor his rep have responded to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Kyle’s father, Todd Chrisley, and the latter’s wife, Julie Chrisley, are currently serving time in federal prison for fraud and tax crimes.

The pair began their respective sentences in January.

Todd, 53, will spend the next 12 years at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida.

Meanwhile, Julie, 50 — who was originally set to spend the next seven years at Federal Correctional Institution Marianna, just two hours away from her husband — was reassigned to Federal FMC Lexington in Kentucky.

Each will have to complete a 16-month probation period upon their release.

The Chrisleys were initially indicted in August 2019 on fraud and tax evasion charges and a new indictment was filed in February 2022.

Prosecutors accused the couple of being “career swindlers who have made a living by jumping from one fraud scheme to another, lying to banks, stiffing vendors and evading taxes at every corner.”

They continue to maintain their innocence and have vowed to appeal.

Their June 2022 guilty verdict came in tandem with claims from Todd’s ex-business partner, Mark Braddock, that the Chrisleys paid off a blackmailer to keep Todd and Braddock’s alleged affair a secret — claims the Chrisleys have also denied.

Due to Kyle’s struggles with addiction and bipolar disorder, Todd and his stepmother obtained full custody of his 10-year-old daughter, Chloe, whom he shares with Angela Johnson.

Amid Todd and Julie’s legal woes, Kyle’s half-sister, Savannah Chrisley, 25, gained custody of Chloe and her younger brother, Grayson Chrisley, 16.

Todd shares Kyle and eldest daughter, Lindsie Chrisley — who were both estranged from their father for years — with ex-wife Teresa Terry.

Todd and Julie are parents to Savannah, Grayson and Chase Chrisley, 26.
