Inside Molly Mae Hague’s £350 beauty bag from La Mer to The Ordinary

Molly-Mae Hague has some of the most impressive skincare brands on the market at her fingertips.

So when she uses a high-street product, you know it’s worth it.

This week the former Love Islander revealed the contents of her beauty bag – which is filled with incredible cult skincare products, some costing as little as £10 and others that’ll set you back a small fortune.

In one aesthetically pleasing shot, mummy-to-be Molly showed her gorgeous Louis Vuitton zipped up bag along with some of the ‘new bits’ that she’s been trying out from La Mer and Byredo.

Swedish fragrance brand Byredo is the creator of perfumes such as Mojave Ghost, Bal d’Afrique and Gypsy Water, the signature scents of Rosie-Huntingdon Whiteley, Sienna Miller and Kate Bosworth.

But their products don’t come in cheap and Molly’s collection of the blanche body wash, suede hand wash and hand lotion rack up to £124.

She’s also been trying out the La Mer moisturising soft cream, which retails at £150 for the 30ml tub.

In another photograph the 23-year-old unzipped her bag and teased some of the dreamy products she uses regularly.

One of those is The Ordinary’s squalane cleanser, retailing at just £8.

The Ordinary first sprung onto the beauty scene back in 2016 and it’s since become known for its straightforward skin-care products with amazing prices.

Their Squalane cleanser, also loved by Mrs Hinch, is described as a moisturising cleanser that changes from a balm to an oil when it’s rubbed on the skin – effectively removing makeup without clogging up the pores.

Molly-Mae also loves Mario Badescu’s facial spray with aloe herbs and rosewater, which costs £11.50.

Other high-end products that she’s using at the moment include the Nuxe sun fragrant water, £16, and La Mer’s renewal oil costing £105.

She’s also thrown in a towel-scrunchie, a muslin cloth to clean her face with and her Beauty Works collaboration hair brush.

Speaking just days before her due date yesterday, the self-made millionaire said she feels fearless about going into labour, saying she’s ‘feeling blessed’ and believes her body ‘was made to grow a child’.

In her most recent post on Instagram, the social media mogul – who has a total of 11million followers across the platforms, wrote: “I really couldn’t have asked my body to provide a better home for the first 9 months of our little girls life…so blessed to say my pregnancy has been a complete and utter dream.”

In her 2022 autobiography Becoming Molly-Mae, she wrote: “Since meeting Tommy, I have realised how much I can’t wait to be a mum.

“I know I’m only young, and I always wanted to be that person who had babies when I was past 30 – I wanted to live my life first – but I do think we’d make really, really great parents together if that were to happen for us.”

Just three months after the book was published, Molly-Mae announced that she was having a baby in an adorable video compilation of her and Tommy in the Love Island final.
