Inside Love Island’s finale fashion as girls go out with a bang in designer and high street faves

It’s official, after eight long weeks of fire pit chats, dramatic re-couplings and high stakes romance, Love Island has finally found its winners in Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti.

Yet as we waved goodbye to our favourite Islanders on Monday night’s final episode of 2022, the remaining couples weren’t ready to disappoint as they came dressed to the nines in a series of stunning outfits that channelled their own personal styles.

With prices ranging from budget friendly to impressively extravagant, this year's finale outfit choices featured everything from sustainable materials through to hand embellished details – with each garment offering it's own unique charm for the wearer.

Leading the pack was winner Ekin-Su in a Nadine Merabi Lottie dress, which epitomised the bombshell’s attention grabbing personality we’ve all come to love over the past two months.

Individually hand embellished with champagne coloured crystal waterfall beading, the showstopper of a dress featured flat beaded panelling on the waist to provide a figure flattering silhouette, while a feathered hemline added an extra element of drama to the look – something actress Ekin-Su knows all about.

Retailing for £495 it’s one of the pricier looks seen in the final episode, but would we expect anything less of our favourite villa diva?

Another iconic look from this year’s finale, was Tasha Ghouri’s glamorous (and sustainable) H&M gown made from recycled polyester.

Released earlier this year as part of the Innovation Cherish collection, the bubblegum pink dress featured a corset bodice with statement waist, while a voluminous heart-shaped skirt added character and movement at both the front and back to help accentuate the hips.

At a relatively purse friendly retail price of £99.99, the dress offered a glamorous look without breaking the bank.

Next up on our list of memorable looks was Gemma Owen as she amped up the old school glamour in a Club L London Irreplaceable off-white gown with a deep plunging neckline and spaghetti straps.

The floor length backless gown, featured a unique bum ruching detail to draw attention to and accentuate the wearer’s derriere.

At just £75, it was the cheapest of all the outfits seen in this year’s finale, but still packed an impressive punch.

At the opposite end of the scale, Indiyah Polack was the proud owner of this year’s most expensive finale outfit, as she donned an Albina Dyla Deserte silver beaded mini dress.

The jaw dropping mini dress featured several sheer panels, while layer upon layer of delicate beads provided a series of stripes across the torso and sleeves.

Padded at the shoulder to offer a power silhouette, the dress was also fringed at the hem and featured a cut out back and cheeky thigh split to allow greater movement.

The cost of looking this good however, doesn’t come cheap, with Indiyah’s outfit retailing at upwards of £1,200.
