Inside Greg Shepherd’s 37th birthday celebrations organised by wife Billie Faiers

Billie Faiers pulled out all the stops to surprise her husband Greg Shepherd for his 37th birthday at their family home in Essex.

The Family Diaries star, 32, who is currently renovating her dream home with Greg, took to Instagram to share with her 2.4million followers a peek inside the birthday celebrations.

Billie enlisted the help of Evaly Events to create the perfect backdrop with 'Greg' spelled out in huge rose gold alphabet balloons along with clusters of stars in blue and silver tones.

Greg was also treated to a huge clear balloon packed with smaller ones that was printed with: "Happy Birthday Greg."

In a sweet moment, Billie filmed Greg with his eyes closed as he held hands with Nelly, seven, and four year old Arthur while walking into the dining room.

Billie scattered the table with presents while the children and Greg gathered around the table which also featured a chocolate caterpillar cake decorated with candles.

We can also see a cameraman following Greg into the dining room which is likely to be for their ITVBe Family Diaries series.

Meanwhile Billie also shared a sweet tribute to her husband with a family snap, captioned: "Happy birthday my sweets

"We love you forever and more @gregory_shep. Ps. Chapter 37 .. getting on old boy."

It comes after Greg described how his wife Billie is the "rock" in his family as the couple are set to celebrate their third wedding anniversary in March.

He said: "My favourite thing about Billie is how much she holds it together in this house, without Billie it would be like chaos and she's so thoughtful with all of us. She doesn't just think about herself, she's literally… It's like she's got three kids. Without her, things would absolutely fall apart. She's the rock in the house."

Billie and her sister Sam, 31, who is pregnant with her third child, had previously spoken about trying for another baby at the same time so their kids could be the same age, but it hasn't worked out.
