Frankie Bridge steps out with new choppy ‘French girl’ fringe

We don’t think it would be all that much of a stretch to say that most people will experiment with a fringe at some point in their lives, but right now they seem to be having a particularly big moment in celebville.

The latest to join the on-trend fringed ranks is former The Saturdays member Frankie Bridge, who was spotted on a night out with a brand new ‘do that’s giving us ultra-cool French girl vibes.

Wearing her hair in a tousled updo for the occasion, we think the 33 year old’s new fringe is the picture of choppy perfection. It’s going straight on our hair inspiration Pinterest boards.

Frankie also gave her fans a look inside the actual haircut process at London’s Larry King just a few days before in an Instagram Reel, which saw her get her hair extensions removed and her signature bob taken even shorter, as well as her trendy new fringe being cut in.

As well as her bob being a little shorter and blunter, the star’s new fringe has been kept slightly longer so that Frankie can style it in the equally on-trend seventies curtain bangs style.

“You know me… I get bored easily… Hair change!” she captioned the clip showing off the process and results – and naturally fans were quick to gush over her new look.

"Love your hair short," one commented, as another enthused, "I need this fringe in my life".

Meanwhile a third fan agreed, “My inspiration for hair always,” while a fourth sounded off with, “I love her hair, she made me go short in the first place”.

This look is totally different from how Frankie’s hair looked just a couple of short months ago, after she added extensions to her signature bob, which had been balayaged for a summery and sunkissed look.

Teasing an upcoming project with the look, she wrote in an Instagram post, “I’ve got something so exciting happening this week. It's been a dream for a very long time! Can’t wait to be able to tell you… in the meantime… having some fun with my hair. You know me – love a change!”.

What will she do with her hair next, we wonder?
