Boyfriend’s engagement ring proposal involving McDonald’s Big Mac trolled online

A man's unique proposal has raised eyebrows after he skipped bending down on one knee in favour of sticking the engagement ring in a McDonald's Big Mac bun.

In a bizarre video, the bride-to-be sits in the background sipping her drink while the person filming the video sneakily inserts the pretty diamond ring into the burger bun.

He then confidentally slides the burger towards his unsuspecting partner.

TikTok user Alina Dumova uploaded the romantic clip on the video-sharing app, where it has racked up an impressive 11.5 million views.

In a comment, Alina said her partner proposed after four years together.

While some people thought it was original and cute, others weren't so impressed by the gesture.

Bluntly, one person commented: "I would have said no, especially the way he did it."

Another agreed, replying: "Not at McDonald's."

Clearly unimpressed, another blasted: "This is how my ex-boyfriend proposes to me."

A fourthm soundimg worries the bride-to-me may have cracked a tooth on the diamond ring, joked: "And a subscription to the dentist immediately!"

"When did Big Macs start looking that good?" said a fan.

This comes after a woman who was married for more than 20 years appared to have a row with her husband when a teenage boy found out her diamond ring was fake.

The glittering piece of jewelery turned out to be "glass" and the woman's husband apparently had known all along.

With the opposite complaint, another woman was horrified that her partner spent £16,000 on her engagement ring and branded it "stupid".
