Aries is going to be bettering themselves in May, but they’ll also be socialising, spending time with loved ones, and keeping themselves entertained with all sorts of fun events and stimuli. Express.co.uk chatted to astrologer, cosmic coach, crystal healer and founder of the Moon Child Sorority, Bex Milford (@cosmic_cures on Instagram) to hear her Aries May 2021 predictions.
What’s in store for Aries in May?
The start of May is going to be a blessing for you, Aries, and you’re going to be very popular!
Bex said: “At the very beginning of the month Mercury moves into Gemini, with Venus hot on its heels.
“These planets are leaving the stable, earthy grounds of Taurus and entering the sign of the curious, conversational twins. Gemini is an air sign and as such is associated with intelligence, communication and mental dexterity.
“This will create an even more sociable atmosphere for you Aries, as it will light up your Third House.

“This means the beginning of May will see you reaching out with your communication – expect a flurry of emails, regaining contact with friends over messages, picking up the phone more and even writing letters. This might sound overwhelming after such a long period of introspection but connecting back with your nearest and dearest is actually going to be a wonderful way to ease you into the month and bring you a glow of happiness.
“Uniting with siblings is also positive this month so try to spend time with family if possible.”
This sociable and chatty energy won’t drop, it will only be heightened when Venus also enters Gemini on May 9.
From this date on, Bex says you’ll enjoy sharing your ideas and have an increased interest in acquiring knowledge.
The astrologer added: “Starting a new podcast or finally watching that documentary on Netflix is a good idea during May.”
This all sounds very chilled and easy, doesn’t it? Well, you’ll need to take care not to talk or share too much online about a subject you’re not totally clued up about.
Bex said: “This transit will make you feel like you’re the expert on a subject even when we’ve just learnt the very basics, so beware of holding forth on a subject when you don’t have all the facts!
“Sharing inaccurate information just because you don’t want to admit you’re not entirely clued up can be a problem, so think before you commit to speaking.”
Everyone is going to love being around you in May because Venus is in your Third House. Bex said: “Your skills of diplomacy are heightened, so you make an excellent mediator and generally bring cheerful, harmonious energy to social situations.
“Expect those invitations to come flooding in as people want you to join their dinner reservations!”

Around May 26, the mood will change slightly and you’re going to start to think more deeply about what you want.
This is because we have a Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius on this date, and it’s the first eclipse of 2021.
Bex explained: “Lunar Eclipses occur on a Full Moon when the Sun and Moon are in direct opposition and the Earth lies between them.
“This is a time when we can have dramatic releases of emotion or huge realisations about things that come to the surface for us.
“This Sun and Moon will also be squared by Jupiter, which blows emotions wide open even further – so expect it to be a seriously illuminating time around May 26, including the days leading up to it!”
The Full Moon is in Sagittarius during the eclipse, and it will encourage a desire to do more than you’re already doing.
Bex explained: “Sagittarius is the optimist of the zodiac who loves to wander far and wide to seek fresh knowledge and new skills.
“This eclipse teaches us that in broadening our horizons we then have the opportunity to share this newly acquired information with others.
“With the lunar eclipse occurring in your Ninth House, it’s time to think big, Aries. How do you want to broaden your horizons? The time is now!
“If you’ve been waiting to sign up for a new course or further your education somehow, then consider this your nudge to do so.”
The eclipse isn’t just about starting something new, it also signals the completion of a project that you’ve been working on and a sense of satisfaction can accompany this accomplishment.
Bex warned: “This Moon will also likely bring up a serious case of wanderlust for you, and you may need to work on processing feelings of restriction that feel like they’re hindering your freedom.
“During this Lunar Eclipse, work on shedding anything that keeps you small, limited or stops you from widening your perspective on what life can offer.”
