5 Candles on Sale at Yankee Candle That Remind Us of Spring

Ah, the smell of spring. Morning dew, barbecues and flowers filling the air . . . along with pollen. Stepping outside is like stepping straight into a sneeze zone, accompanied by hidden passages of itchy eyes and fatigue. We want to experience the scent of spring in all of its glory, but maybe without having to leave the house every single time we want to breathe it in.

That’s why we’re stocking up on these Yankee Candle scents on sale that bring spring inside while leaving the pollen and other allergens outside. We picked out five that capture the essence of the season with exact detail, some with burn times up to 150 hours to last us into summer! Psst, they’re also all on major sale!

Gourmet Barbeque Collection – Mojito Candle

This candle is a blend of mint and lime fragrances, meant to recreate the flavor of a Mojito in scent form. The gentle fragrance is perfect for kicking back and relaxing, letting the day float by and our worries float away, over and over again. This large jar candle may produce up to 150 hours of burn time, so don’t be afraid of “wasting” it!

Sunset Fields Candle

With this candle, we can enjoy the scent of freshly-bloomed sunflowers without even opening the window. Along with sunflower, the fragrance notes include black peppercorn, coriander, airy musk and wood, and shoppers are saying it makes them feel “soothed” and “calm.” This candle is currently available in three different sizes, so we can start small for 20 to 30 hours of burn time or go large for up to 150 hours!

Buttercream Candle

Cakes and sweets just taste better when the sun is out, don’t they? That’s why we’re in love with this buttercream-scented candle. The top notes are butter and coconut cream, the middle notes are rum, caramel and vanilla cake, and the base notes are raw sugar and malt. Anyone else’s mouth watering right now? The medium jar candle has 65 to 75 hours of burn time, but we can also check out the wax melt if we want to put our wax warmer to use, too!

Gourmet Barbeque Collection – Off the Grill Candle

Hope no one filled up on the Buttercream candle, because it’s barbecue time! This candle is made to remind us of “a barbecue feast grilled to perfection,” surrounded by friends and the warming rays of the sun. One shopper described the scent as a “slightly sweet, smokey barbecue,” and we’re going to tack on “essential.” Even if we’re microwaving our hot dogs (no judgment here), we can still achieve that real grill scent with this large candle!

Need a refresh? Light this candle up and breathe deeply. The top notes are golden pear, mint leaf and sage, the middle notes are fresh oak, autumn foliage and eucalyptus and the base notes are cedar and lakeside moss. This mix of fruit, herbs and natural fragrances is heavenly and may purify our mind and the air all at once! This candle is still available in a medium-sized jar and a large pillar jar!
