Woman with TWO implants stacked in each breast begs Botched docs for help – The Sun

A WOMAN with two implants stacked in each of her breasts has begged surgeons to fix her "dark little secret".

Brittany Mann, from Baltimore, Maryland, left Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif stunned on Monday night's E! reality show Botched.

During her appointment, she revealed she had four breast implants – one under the muscle and one on top.

Sitting beside her husband Justin, she said: "It's been 10 months since my surgery, and in more ways than one, I am still paying the price for these boobs.

"I want the opportunity to redo this mistake."

Speaking in a separate interview, Brittany said: "It feels like my dark little secret.

"It makes me feel embarrassed and I'm desperate to leave this very poor choice behind me."

Nightmare

Her nightmare started when she suffered complications from her first boob job, where she had 600cc implants placed under the muscle.

Brittany said: “Immediately after, my implant was actually poking out of my right breast.

“My doctor said he wouldn’t touch it, and it wouldn’t be worth fixing, so I started to seek out other doctors and do consults.

"At this point, I knew right away I wanted to go bigger.”

She said she had a size in mind – 1300cc silicone implants – but a lot of doctors turned her away.

Dr Dubrow then explained that silicone implants come at a maximum of 800cc, and anything larger puts the tissue under too much tension and can cause thinning of the skin, atrophy of the breast tissue or other complications.

He said: "It's like putting a bunch of people in an elevator that meets the weight capacity. You can do it, but do you want to be in that elevator."

Baffled

Brittany then explained that she found a doctor who offered to stack two silicone implants, placing one above the muscle, and one under it.

Both doctors were stunned and responded at the same time: "Stacked? Two implants? Each side? You have two implants in each breast?"

Dr Dubrow said: “You go to the implant company inserts, it specifically says, ‘Do not stack implants'. It’s forbidden.”

As well as looking misshapen, Brittany's implants were causing her other problems including headaches, neck pain and general discomfort.

Dr Dubrow said: "We can take 'em all out and put a new pair in and do some kind of lifting procedure which means scars."

Speaking in her testimonial, Brittany said: "I know it may be necessary to have scars in order to come out better than I came in.

"But that scares me a lot. Because I just feel like I wont see my breasts as beautiful anymore."

Dr Dubrow then tells her: "There is one other option. I can staple up just this and if it looks way superior, I will not give you vertical incision.

"Does that sound like a battle plan?"

She replies: "That sounds amazing."

Incredibly, Dr Dubrow was able to remove the four implants for Brittany and replace them with one 800cc implant, while also avoiding too much scaring on her skin.

Speaking 10 weeks post-op, Brittany said: "Now since my surgery with Dr Dubrow, I look a million times better and I can definitely tell that [the implants are] actually where they’re supposed to sit.

"They look wonderful now.”
