A WOMAN has taken to TikTok to reveal the easiest air fryer breakfast recipe – it takes just five minutes and is perfect for mums on the school run.
Mizz, known online as @mizzerybelltiktok, regularly shares family-friendly recipes with her 188,000 followers.
In a new video, the foodie shares how she makes her simple breakfast taco, using eggs, cheese, pickles, onion and coriander.
She said: “Easy air fryer breakfast taco. For all my hungries on the go!”
“If you have an air fryer then you can make this easy breakfast taco. It’s great for when you need a quick snack.
“I have this super giant tortilla but you can use a regular size.

“I’m going to put two eggs, salt, pepper, lots of cheese – any cheese that you like – and some pickled peppers.”
During the 25-second video, Mizz is seen laying her wrap on the bottom of her air fryer basket, creating a sort of tortilla bowl.
She then tops it with two eggs, cheese and some pickles.
She continues: “360 degrees for five minutes, the cheese is going to have melted down.

Fans loved the quick and easy recipe, with the video gaining more than 16,800 likes and 349,000 views.
She’s not the only one sharing their quick and easy recipes online – Jen took to TikTok to reveal how she makes the perfect pasta bakes in her Ninja in just 10 minutes.
She said: “Work tomorrow which can only mean one thing…it’s pasta bake time!
“160 degrees for ten mins on Bake mode.”
During the 11-second video, Jen shares how she made the tomato and ham pasta bake in her Ninja air fryer.
She starts by pouring her pre-boiled past into the drum, before topping it with some diced ham.
Jen then tops it with her pasta sauce, before cooking it on bake mode for 10 minutes.

Just before the end, she adds some cheese to the top and puts it back in to cook until crispy.
