The pair have found a mutual liking for the fitness sessions which strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility.
A source told the Mirror: “Meghan and Adele have been having Pilates lessons. They are loving it. The instructor has also been giving lessons to Harry. It’s a great stress-buster.”

In an interview with Ok! magazine, royal commentator Duncan Larcombe recalled how he met Prince Harry for a drink in 2008 following an inquest into Princess Diana's death.
The expert told the publication that he'd recognised signs of "unresolved anger" in Prince Harry over his life in the spotlight.
Describing how Harry has “resentment over not feeling normal”, Duncan said: “Harry once told me that he really resents the perception that William's the sensible one while he's the loose cannon.
“He said there were times when it was actually Harry giving William advice.”

The mum to Archie put her own spin on the summery classic Pimm's, giving her version a new name – The Tig Cup.

MEGHAN REVEALS HER SUITS AUDITION WAS 'AWFUL'
Meghan shot to fame playing legal eagle Rachel Zane in drama Suits, but she previously revealed her audition went badly.
She revealed she “ate her feelings” in pizza and quesadilla after what she thought had been a “terrible” audition for TV show Suits in 2011.
The mum initially thought she'd messed up her chances after getting distracted and fluffing her lines.

MEGHAN TO INTERVIEW POSITIVE NEWS OUTLET FOUNDER
Meghan is set to appear at a gender and diversity virtual summit next week after she asked to interview the founder of a positive news outlet.
The Duchess of Sussex will take part in The 19th* Represents 2020 Virtual Summit which will feature interviews with prominent women in politics, journalism and the arts.
Meghan's discussion with Emily Ramshaw – who founded nonprofit positive news outlet The 19th* – will close the virtual summit on Friday 14 August.
Confirming her involvement in the summit, Meghan told Glamour: “The 19th*'s commitment to reporting and storytelling that lifts up those who are too often underrepresented in the media has never been more important.
“I’m looking forward to asking the co-founder what it means to build a media outlet with gender equity, diversity, and community at its core.”

After stepping down as senior royals in March, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry also stopped posting on their Sussex Royal Instagram account – but the couple are still concerned about the future of social media.

MEGHAN ‘TOLD NOT TO WEAR TIARA BY PRINCE CHARLES’ FOR FEAR OF LOOKING ‘TOO EXTRAVAGANT’
When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry embarked on their royal tour of Australia, the Duchess stepped out in countless winning looks.
According to The Mail on Sunday, Meghan hoped to take a tiara to wear for a state dinner in Fiji – but Prince Charles reportedly told not to to wear it.

Instead, Meghan opted to wear diamond earrings for the formal dinner in Fiji, along with a flowing blue dress which was in stark contrast to Kate Middleton, who on the same night stunned in a large diamond and pearl tiara – once worn by Princess Diana – at Buckingham Palace.
