She uploaded her video with the caption ‘Hope this helps’ and said: “How to dress on a night out if you’re uncomfortable with your stomach”.

Initially in a gorgeous pink dress, the fashion fan shows off a variety of night out outfits that are suitable for those feeling self-conscious.

The first item of clothing she recommends are satin wrap skirts – in the video we see the fashionista in a blue satin skirt, which she paired with a glamorous white corset-style top.

Next up, the TikTok user recommends baggy cargos – she dresses up the casual trousers with the same white top and looks ready for a night out with friends.

Following this, the social media star advises women lacking in confidence to wear blazer dresses – she wears a bright blue blazer dress which she pairs with a chunky white belt, to cinch her in at the waist.

As well as this, she urges those feeling conscious of their stomach to wear A-line dresses – as she shows off a gorgeous black, mini dress.
