I tried on the same dress before and after my 125-lb weight loss – I built my dream body, I'm proof it can be done | The Sun

DIFFERENT body types can rock the same look, and one woman proved just that.

After her significant weight loss, she tried on her favorite dress and compared the results.

In her video, the TikToker, who goes by Sharkey (@sh4rk3yy), modeled the look before embarking on her health journey.

Sharkey revealed in her social media bio that she managed to drop from 269 pounds in weight to 144 pounds.

She credited her new figure to a gastric sleeve procedure, as well as a change in diet and lifestyle.

Before she shed the pounds, she posed in a black maxi dress with a floral pattern.

The look featured an elastic cinched waist and short capped sleeves.

Sharkey stood back and raised her arms to show her followers the fit of the dress.

To show her dramatic change of appearance, she modeled the "same dress 10 months apart."

After dropping down her goal weight, Sharkey posed in the floral look once more.
