A WOMAN has vowed to always wear short shorts after people have fallen in love with her thunder thighs on social media.
The TikToker regularly posts videos of herself wearings small gym shorts to show off her leg gains.
Shawna Moreno (@shawnamikiahmoreno) from Texas left people stunned as she showed off her muscular thighs and even revealed how you can get them too.
The 33-year-old mom posted a clip on TikTok after discovering people's love of her thighs and saying she is "leg goals" with "quads for days."
"Thank you for loving my thunder thighs," she wrote in the caption of the video.
In the clip, she can be seen standing next to her car in her short shorts with a black tee and white sneakers.
Calling herself "quadzilla" she rocked the short shorts that accentuated her thighs.
She said: "When people fall in love with your quads on TikTok and now you have to wear shorty shorts all the time."
In the comments, viewers continued to be shocked with one exclaiming: "Those inner thighs!"
Another said: "Dannnng those are bigger than my head! Dedication and discipline right there."

Meanwhile, one noted that people were not just jealous of her thighs, saying: "For real it's really the whole leg."
Others added: "The thighs don't lie. I don't make the rules. I just follow them." and that "shorty shorts are life."
In another video, Shawna shared her leg routine at the gym after followers begged to know how to tone their legs and get quads like her.
The TikToker stands by doing "Current progressive overload. 2-3 times a week."
"Then tree trunks gonna grow," she said.
She then added a screenshot of her notes page on her phone detailing her leg day workout.
The routine begins with four sets of 25 reps of leg extensions followed by seated hamstring curls for four sets of 15 to 20 reps.
She then does a grueling superset which is where two exercises are performed back to back without a rest period.
It starts with four reps of 15 barbell back squats and then she goes straight into Dumbbell RDLs for four sets of 12 to 15 reps.
Shawna then moves on to a challenging leg press workout where she starts at 40 reps, going down by ten each time until she gets to just ten reps.
Meanwhile, the weight on the leg press increases and she does fewer reps.
After this, she does 30 walking lunges and four sets of 15 reps of elevated goblet squats.
The final two exercises to "grow the tree trunks" are four sets of 15 Smith machine elevated back squats and a 25-minute incline walk on the treadmill.
"Consistency is key. I’ve been consistently in the gym for 4+ years," she told her followers.
One confused viewer tried the leg workout and was confused when it did not seem to be working.
They wrote: "It's not working… I did the 4×25 Monday.. the seated the following Monday cause I couldn't walk… then the superset the following Tuesday…"

Shawna's reply probably shocked the viewer as she said: "It’s one whole workout… like that’s my whole leg day. Or at this time it was… you don’t split it into two days."
It is evident that if you want legs like Shawna it is not for the faint-hearted.
