Career Milestone! Hailey Baldwin Walked a Major Runway
She’s back! Hailey Baldwin — ahem, Bieber — returned to the runway on Tuesday, December 2, for the first time since secretly tying the knot with Justin Bieber in September, and the star-studded Versace pre-fall 2019 fashion show was one of her biggest catwalks yet.
Joining fellow models-of-moment Gigi Hadid, Kaia Gerber and Emily Ratajkowski, the newly minted Mrs. Bieber strutted her stuff in a black and white long-sleeve minidress with an asymmetrical neckline and matching booties. On Instagram, the 22-year-old posted a picture of herself on the runway and thanked the brand for having her.
“Tonight first timer @versace ??? thank you thank you @donatella_versace,” the model captioned the pic.

The newlywed has walked in shows like Julien Macdonald, Adidas and Topshop in the past, but the Versace show is one of her most high-fashion appearances to date. Her walk down the Italian label’s runway came just months after she told WWD that she’d be scaling back on her modeling work to focus on her relationship.
“I’ve tried to be really choosy with fashion week going forward,” she said, “just because I want to have the time to spend being relaxed and being with family — and my fiancé.”

After the show, Baldwin proved to be the ultimate model off duty, posting an Instagram Story of herself indulging in some après-runway Shake Shack. She captioned the snap “Happening” and her massive engagement ring from the Biebs appears to be perched on her left finger.
