Camilla has a wardrobe filled with outfits, yet according to fashion coach Miranda Holder, the Queen Consort may be one of the Royal Family members who “rewears her clothes the most”. Miranda Holder, who is known for her viral TikTok style videos posted under the username @themirandaholder ‘Your Feel Good Fashion Coach’.

Spoke to Express.co.uk about how Camilla’s “rule-breaking” fashion choices could reflect how “comfortable” she feels “in her own skin”.

Fashion, particularly for the female members of the Royal Family, is a hot topic, and it’s not unusual to see them stepping out in a brand-new ensemble for every public appearance.

However, it is becoming more common to see younger members of the family rewearing some of their favourite looks in a step towards sustainability.

Yet it seems that the Queen Consort has been doing this for some time. Miranda explained: “She’s probably the member of the Royal Family who rewears her clothes the most.

“She’s incredibly brazen about it, which I think is wonderful. But it’s very typical of Camilla not giving two hoots about what everyone else thinks.

“Camilla has been known to rewear items within a month or a couple of weeks and she just doesn’t care.

“I think that’s what’s really endearing about her. Even though she comes from aristocratic blood, and she’s used to the airs, graces and etiquette of being a royal, she’s a bit of a rule breaker and quite nonchalant about the whole thing.

“She is happy and confident enough in her own skin, even with all the flak from the media, to just do it her own way.

“And most of the time, her choices are spot on, like rewearing which we should all do.”

In June, at the Platinum Jubilee, Camilla was spotted rewearing an “old beloved” coat dress by the designer Bruce Oldfield.

She coupled the pale blue and white striped dress with a blue Philip Treacy hat and a pearl necklace.

The dress was a flattering choice, thanks to its figure-skimming silhouette and vertical stripes, which is perhaps why it is something the Queen Consort has chosen to wear time and time again.

She was previously photographed wearing the ensemble in June 2021 when she attended the Royal Ascot.

Similarly, in 2019, Camilla was photographed wearing a mint green Moroccan caftan twice in two months.

She first worse the bedazzled caftan gown in February 2019 while hosting a party for the British Asian Trust alongside her husband King Charles.

One month later, in March, she opted to wear the gorgeous outfit for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration dinner at the Embassy of Ireland in London.

However, Camilla is not the only Royal Family member who has been known to rewear some of their favourite wardrobe items.

Miranda explained: “Princess Anne is also a member that does. Sometimes the Queen rewore things. But that would be logged, diarised and organised. Angela Kelly, the Queen’s stylist, is so unbelievably organised with military precision that they would know exactly what was worn and with which accessories.”
