Watch Lady Gaga’s Speech at the National Board of Review Awards

Lady Gaga was honored last night at the National Board of Review’s annual gala with the award of ‘Best Actress in a Motion Picture’ for her portrayal of the character of Ally in a Star is Born.

Lady Gaga took the opportunity to give a very serious speech about her role. She also tried to explain how her experiences in the film were shaped by the pain and personal challenges that she faced as an aspiring performer before she became a star.
