Sharon Osbourne rushed to hospital following ‘terrifying medical emergency’

Sharon Osbourne is reported to have been rushed to hospital after suffering a "terrifying medical emergency" on Friday evening.

According to TMZ, the ex-X Factor star, 70, suddenly fell ill when recording a paranormal TV series in California.

Emergency services were called out to The Tavern – where the ghostly series was being recorded – at around 6.30pm on Friday following a "medical call", were a patient – believed to be Sharon – was transported to Santa Paula hospital.

Her current condition is not known.
